Oven and hob
A full-size gas oven, big enough for a Sunday roast, and a gas hob with an extractor. The gas is supplied and metered, so you only pay for what you use.
Running water
A stainless steel sink with hot and cold running water, connected to your outside tap. Waste water goes to a nearby drain or manhole.
Dishwasher and washing machine
Both are built in. The washing machine is often the first thing to go when an old kitchen is ripped out, so this makes a big difference.
